Questa diatriba legale sul plagio (eventuale, probabile, sospettato..) tra Joe Satriani e Coldplay, un po' ci aveva deluso ed anche le nostre scatole si erano rotte. Possibile che una band famosa come loro copiasse ben 30/35 secondi di un assolo di un recente brano famoso?

Coldplay offer fans a free download of the slammin' Thin White Duke remix of hit single "Viva La Vida". Come presenta la band questa iniziativa? Along with the special offer, the British band also provide a video footage showing their live performance at London's O2 Arena with actor Simon Pegg. Writing "Happy Christmas Folks" at the end of their post, the band state that the offer will run off until January 5, 2009. Coldplay are currently on the road for Viva La Vida Tour. They will be performing at Tokyo's Saitama Super Arena on February 11, 2009. After that, they will head up to Australia for at least 12 dates before playing in U.K. and wrapping it up at London's Wembley Stadium on September 19, 2009. Fans can log on to their official website to grab the remixed version of "Viva La Vida".
