The sold out U.S. Anger Management tour is coming to Europe beginning September 1st, it was announced today. Tickets go on sale starting June 3rd. Exact on sale dates available via your local ticket vendor.
This will be the first European tour for Eminem in support of the Nov.11th international release of his latest album, Encore, which has sold over 10 million copies worldwide.
The highly anticipated tour marks Eminem’s return to Europe in over 2 years following a sold out 6 week U.S. run. The timing of the tour is on the heels of Eminem’s first live DVD titled Anger Management in stores July 4th.
Joining Eminem on tour for all of the dates is 50 Cent, whose new album, The Massacre was released internationally on March 7th and has already sold over 6 million copies world wide. Performing along side 50 Cent are fellow G-Unit members and platinum recording artists, Lloyd Banks and Young Buck, with the newest female addition to the family, Olivia, whose album is due out this summer.
The Shady Records family is expected to perform in front of 600,000 fans along the 10 date tour. Besides hearing songs from Encore and The Massacre performed live for the first time, concert goers will see performances from D-12, Obie Trice, and Atlanta’s Stat Quo, who recently signed to Shady/Aftermath and is already creating a buzz at press and radio.
Also supporting on the tour will be Cherrytree/Interscope recording artists Flipsyde, whose debut album We The People in stores May 30th.
